Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and display advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize ad creative, messaging, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and analytics, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage budgets for each channel and report on campaign performance to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
